Your Attachments page lists everything your organization has sent, with the recipient, sent date, and whether it's been claimed and downloaded yet — no need to email anyone to check. See understanding your stats for exactly what "claimed" and "downloaded" each mean.
Filtering the list
You can narrow the list down by:
- Status — claimed or unclaimed.
- Download status — downloaded or not yet downloaded.
- Sender — if you're an Admin, you can filter to a specific person's sent attachments; Members only ever see their own.
- Date range — a specific from/to range, or a quick preset (today, this week, this month, last month, this year, last year).
What Admins see vs. what Members see
An Admin sees every attachment the whole organization has sent. A Member sees only the ones they personally sent — this is based on their own sender address, not on who's currently in the organization, so it still shows attachments correctly even if the account that originally sent one has since been removed.
Revoking an attachment
Removing an attachment from this list deletes it permanently, along with the file itself — this can't be undone, and the recipient loses access immediately if they haven't downloaded it yet. Use this if a file was sent to the wrong person or is no longer needed, not as a routine cleanup step.
