How To

Your dashboard, explained

What you'll see when you sign in.

Your dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in, and it's the starting point for everything else — Members, Attachments, Configuration, and Billing are all one click away from here.

The numbers on this page are only shown to organization Admins. A regular Member signing in goes straight past the statistics section to the same navigation, since the figures describe the whole organization, not just their own activity — see [managing member access](/how-to/managing-member-access) for the difference between the two roles.

What an Admin sees

  • Storage used — the total size of every attachment your organization currently has stored, plus a breakdown by sender so you can see at a glance who's sending the most.
  • Attachments sent, claimed, and downloaded — see understanding your stats for exactly what each of these numbers means.
  • Domain security status — if your organization has Plus, a summary of your sending domain's SPF/DKIM/DMARC health appears here too, refreshed automatically roughly every 30 days. This section doesn't appear at all on Standard, since the automatic check is a Plus-only feature.

Every figure is a snapshot calculated periodically, not computed fresh on every page load — if a number looks a moment out of date after a big change (a large attachment just sent, a member just removed), that's expected; it catches up shortly rather than instantly.

If you haven't finished onboarding yet

Signing in before your relay is verified takes you straight to the onboarding flow instead of the dashboard — there's nothing to show statistics for yet, and finishing that verification is the next step regardless.
